Misshapes NYE
Last night Geordon and I worked on an invite image for the Misshapes New Year’s Eve party. We were basing a new image off of Sonic Youth’s Goo cover. Here is the final image, but later I will post all the sketches that led up to it.
Test Presses
Today I got the test presses for the first Pressing Issues release in the mail. I will probably go out to DUMBO and give them a listen with Clever on Friday.
OSR019 Art
I’m working on the next labels for Offshore. I have no idea if they are done yet or need something extra. I am on the fence.
F & M Storyboard
I finished the rough storyboards today for Fujiya & Miyagi’s Reeboks in Heaven video. This batch was done in pencil, and were mainly drawn to sort out the timing and basic plot. Next up is to do them in a bit more detail and create a sort of animatic to see if things flow and the aesthetic fits.

I was in Miami for Art Basel for a little bit. Not a bad time. Saw some things.
Today I also found out some good news. Goosehound 4 sold out within 5 days of being released, so a second pressing is being put into production.

F&M Character Sketches
For the video, I wanted to create characters. Three. One representing each of the band members, and also the band name and album title. Below is an early Sketch of Fujiya, Miyagi and the Transparent Thing.
